TERMS & CONDITIONS Quorum Rent
1. Stay period and check-in
1.1. Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the selected property or type of booking. Most often, the stay runs from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day.
1.2. Detailed information about check-in and check-out times is provided to the Guest at the time of booking.
1.3. Check-in is in most cases possible between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (or in accordance with individual information from the Property/Resort).
1.4. The minimum age of the person checking in is 18, unless the Property provides otherwise in its offer.
1.5. If the Guest has not specified the length of stay, it is assumed that they are renting the premises (room/apartment) for 1 night.
2. Booking, payments and cancellations
2.1. An advance payment or deposit paid by the Guest toward the stay is, in many properties, non-refundable if cancellation is reported less than 14 days before the start of the stay, unless the terms of the offer provide otherwise.
2.2. If the Guest cancels the stay during the ongoing stay period, the Property/Resort does not refund the fee for the unused period.
2.3. The stay fee should be settled in accordance with the booking terms (e.g. as a prepayment). If the Guest does not settle the payment, the Property may refuse check-in.
3. Use of rooms and apartments
3.1. The rented premises are intended for residential purposes only. Any use for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising, music videos, photo sessions, films, parties) requires prior arrangement with the Property/Resort, signing an appropriate agreement and paying an additional fee.
3.2. Only persons listed in the booking may stay on the premises. The presence of persons not included in the booking or the organizing of parties may result in a financial penalty (1000 PLN) and/or immediate termination of the agreement without a refund.
3.3. The Property allows short visits by persons outside the booking (e.g. between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.). The Guest is obliged to ensure that such visits do not disturb the stay of other Guests.
4. Quiet hours and order
4.1. Quiet hours usually apply between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (sometimes 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., depending on the rules of the specific property).
4.2. The Guest and accompanying persons are obliged to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other Guests. In particular, organizing loud parties during quiet hours is prohibited.
4.3. In the event of a breach of quiet hours, the Guest may be charged the costs of intervention (e.g. Police or security) and may lose the deposit, if one was collected.
5. Smoking
5.1. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco products in enclosed spaces.
5.2. Failure to comply with the above results in a financial penalty of 1000 PLN (the need for deodorization and/or additional cleaning).
5.3. In the event of repeated violations, the Property may demand the immediate vacating of the premises without a refund of the stay costs.
6. Pets
6.1. Rules regarding pets vary depending on the property. In many cases pets are accepted for an additional fee and provided that cleanliness is maintained (the Guest is obliged to clean up after the pet). Please review the detailed terms applicable at the given property.
7. Guest liability
7.1. The Guest bears full financial liability for any kind of damage, destruction or deterioration of the equipment and technical devices of the Property/Resort caused by their fault or the fault of accompanying persons.
7.2. In the event that damage is found, the Property is entitled to charge the Guest's credit card, which the Guest accepts at the time of booking.
7.3. After check-in, the Guest is obliged to immediately report any existing damage (preferably with photographic documentation) and send the report to the email address: quorum@QuorumRent.pl.
7.4. Failure to report existing damage means that the Guest accepted the premises without objections.
8. Liability of the Property/Resort
8.1. The Property/Resort is not liable for:
• Loss of or damage to the Guest's vehicle, regardless of the parking location (in the Property's parking lot or outside it).
• Money, securities, valuables or other items of particular value.
• Items left on the Property/Resort premises after check-out that are not collected within the agreed period (up to 7 days). After this time they may be disposed of or donated to charity.
8.2. The Property undertakes to provide:
• Conditions for full and unrestricted rest.
• Safety of the stay, including protection of the Guest's personal data and privacy.
• Professional and courteous service in all services provided.
• Where possible – cleaning of the room and necessary repairs of devices during the Guest's absence (and in their presence only when the Guest so requests).
9. Complaints
9.1. Any complaints related to the stay should be reported immediately (preferably during the stay) to the person managing the property.
9.2. Complaints should include a description of the issue and, if applicable, evidence (e.g. photos).
9.3. The Property will make every effort to handle the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 7 business days, and in a manner satisfactory to the Guest, within the limits of applicable law and organizational capabilities.
10. Additional provisions
10.1. Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants may not be admitted for check-in; in such a situation the booking costs are non-refundable.
10.2. In the event of a gross violation of these Terms & Conditions (e.g. destruction of property, disturbing the order or peace of other Guests, organizing illegal parties, breaking the smoking ban), the Property may terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, and the Guest is obliged to immediately vacate the premises without the right to a refund of the fees paid.
10.3. In situations of reasonable suspicion of a breach of the agreement, the law or safety (e.g. threat to life and health, possibility of committing a crime), the staff has the right to enter the premises at any time.
11. Personal data protection
11.1. By making a booking and providing their data, the Guest consents to its processing in accordance with personal data protection regulations, in particular for the purpose of the proper performance of the short-term rental agreement.
11.2. The Guest has the right to access their data, correct it and request the cessation of processing or its deletion – within the limits of applicable law.
12. Final provisions
12.1. In all matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal acts shall apply.
12.2. Any disputes arising from the services provided, unless resolved amicably, shall be settled by the court having local jurisdiction over the registered office of the Property/Resort, unless the relevant regulations provide otherwise.
12.3. These Terms & Conditions may be subject to change for important legal, organizational or technical reasons. The current version is always made available to Guests before making a booking, as well as at the reception desk or on the Property/Resort website.
Thank you for reading the Terms & Conditions and we wish you a pleasant stay!
